Relax amongst the bushland
We had a very quiet and relaxing stay at Karri Patch which was just what we wanted. The cottage is well equipped and is nestled amongst bushland. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden with fruit trees and a variety of birds, including the colourful Blue Wren. There are several lovely bush walks nearby which boast an array of wildflowers. Hope to visit again sometime.

What a great place
Great little place in a fantastic location close to the beaches and town yet feels very private and secluded. Wonderful for kids with the chickens, sandpit and toys. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Owners were so lovely too.

Cosy cottage
Wonderful hospitality, very relaxing surroundings and comfortable little cottage. Children really enjoyed feeding the chickens and collecting eggs. We all enjoyed the badmington! Nice central location. We will definitely be back :)

Tranquil cottage
We enjoyed our short stay at Karri Patch, it was tranquil and we loved the natural setting. A perfect spot to unwind and yet just minutes from the beach at Dunsborough and Yallingup. We had fresh eggs and apples too. Thank you!

Beautiful escape
We really enjoyed our stay here, the cottage had everything we needed and felt so cosy. The location was perfect - only 10 minutes to Yallingup and Dunsborough. The property was so big and beautiful and we really enjoyed feeding the chickens and patting the dog.

The best
I booked Karri Patch Cottage as a gift for my wonderful daughter and her family. From the moment I booked everything was easy and seamless. The facilities were immaculate, well thought out and above expectation. The managers ensured that every aspect of their stay was easy, relaxing and an absolute joy. Thank you so much. I can thoroughly recommend Karri Patch Cottage.

Relaxing bush cottage
We really enjoyed our 3 nights here. The sand pit and the chooks were a big hit with our 2 year old and we loved the bush setting. So beautiful and our hosts were lovely.

Charming cottage in the hinterland
All that is missing from this picture is the three bears! Gorgeous wooden cottage amongst the trees, this picture perfect cottage is like something from a fairytale. Big windows looks out into nature with beautiful views of the Australian bush. Excellent facilities with two bathrooms and toilets, full kitchen and BBQ area. Lots of good walking trails to choose from nearby. Perfectly located, close enough to Dunsborough and Yallingup to be convenient but not too close so you still get that rural feeling and relaxation. Pippa and Richard are the perfect hosts, very accommodating and our kids loved playing with their dogs and feeding the chooks. There's swings and play areas for the kids as well as table tennis and badminton for the adults. Beds are super comfy too. I am so glad I found this cottage, I will definitely book again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I'm only worried it will get too popular and we will miss out. Thank you Richard and Pippa, it was a pleasure to meet you, thank you for your kind hospitality and for sharing you little piece of paradise with us. Regards, the Williams family

Relaxing and great location
This is a fantastic, well-finished cottage in a truly peaceful location on the edge of Dunsborough providing great links to Dunsborough, Busso, and Caves Road to get access to the Margaret River region...we were surprised by how perfectly positioned within the region the cottage was located! The cottage has everything you'd need and is set in a secluded location within a forest. There's a great, short walk around the property with signs illustrating the various trees growing there, and other amenities like badminton and ping-pong. The owners have clearly taken time to finish this property very well, with comfortable beds and a very spacious shower being very welcome additions. The owners (very pleasant people!) live nearby and did everything they could to ensure we (myself, wife and 15-month old) had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely getaway retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed our short time at Karri Patch. It was ideal for a peaceful retreat or a family getaway. Richard and Pippa were really friendly and helpful and we are certainly looking forward to returning for a second visit in the spring.

Wonderful retreat
The cottage is charming, with a lovely garden surrounding the cottage that is frequented by many native birds. The beds were very comfortable and the place is well furnished and kitted out. It is a lovely place to sit outside enjoying the view and listening to faint bird calls, watching honeyeaters flit around the garden. Richard and Pippa were lovely, even leaving the lights on for us (when we forgot to one evening) so that we could safely find our way back.

Beautiful getaway
We were very happy with our stay. Our hosts Richard and Pippa were gracious and the cottage was for want of nothing, everything we could want was thought for and catered, kitchen utensils, badminton rackets, board games, walking trails ... We are definitely going back and bringing the rest of our family.

Great cottage
We loved our stay at the Karri Patch Cottage. The pictures don't do the cottage justice! Richard was friendly and easy to deal with. Great location to nearby attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cottage in the bush
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karri Patch Cottage. It is surrounded by lovely views and conveniently located close to both Dunsborough and Yallingup. Pippa and Richard were very friendly and helpful and had a lovely natured dog - Indie. There is a nice 15-minute nature walk around their property. I would thoroughly recommend staying here!
